For centuries the Dutch have collected specimen around the globe in an attempt to index all life. This heritage is stored in a tower which is not publicly accessible. This TV series shows this historic collection of Naturalis and how it informs researchers working today. I designed the credits and the text animations – in the vein of old archival books – you see throughout the episodes.
